Union Hardware

E-commerce app · JamTech contract

The brief. Union Hardware sold through a traditional website, but their customers wanted to buy the way they actually shop: fast, repeat, and from their phone.

What I did. I transformed their website into a full e-commerce mobile app with product browsing, cart and checkout, recurring orders, and live in-app support.

The app now powers most of Union Hardware's customer purchases.

Chai Co

Brand e-commerce site · JamTech contract

The brief. Chai Co is a chai drinks brand selling at markets and events. They needed an online home that matched the brand and let customers buy direct.

What I did. I designed and built chaico.uk, a fast, mobile-first storefront carrying the brand's playful identity, the full product range and online ordering.

Muslim Tech Fest

The brief. Muslim Tech Fest is Europe's largest Muslim tech gathering: thousands of attendees, investors and founders in one room, with serious operational demands.

What I did. I built their backend infrastructure and customer-facing apps, including the in-app event guide for schedules, sessions and on-the-day logistics.

The brief. Lead frontend and product for an AI-driven identity platform automating KYC/KYB compliance, address verification and AML screening.

What I did. Owned the product UI and roadmap, turning complex compliance flows into onboarding that businesses could actually get through without sacrificing regulatory rigour.

The brief. Deliver digital-transformation work for major UK enterprises, including the Sainsbury's Groceries Online platform, at award-winning consultancy Daemon.

What I did. Built and maintained cloud and front-end features on a high-traffic grocery platform, contributing to work that earned Daemon recognition from Sainsbury's.
