So how does "AI does my Monday chore" actually work, without writing code? Every no-code automation, in every tool that offers them, has the same three-part shape.

A trigger: an event the tool watches for, a form response arrives. An AI step: a standing prompt that runs on whatever the trigger caught, summarise it and draft a warm reply.
