Ben went first, five minutes ago ("Summarise this meeting") and got three warm paragraphs about what a productive session it was. Lovely prose. He's now retyping it into the team tracker, line by line.

What do you think the AI will do?
The model can produce almost any shape you can name: a table, exactly five bullets, a 90-word email, a subject line plus body, a checklist, JSON. It just never volunteers one: an unspecified format is the model's guess, and its guess is usually polite essay prose with a warm-up sentence on top.
Ben paid for that guess with ten minutes of retyping. The fix costs one line. Flip it yourself.
